1. Hundred Schools Joint Recruitment Fair

Jiangsu Huazhong Gas Co., Ltd. participated in the recruitment activity for college graduates in Jiangsu Province on October 14, 2023.
In this job fair, Jiangsu Huazhong Gas Co., Ltd. and other universities have set up booths and recruited over 40 fresh graduates.

2. Safety drill
Jiangsu Huazhong Gas Co., Ltd. adheres to the corporate value of "safety first, quality first" and has always prioritized the safety of employees' lives and property. On October 18, 2023, the Xining Operation and Maintenance Department of Qinghai Huazhong Gas Co., Ltd. organized an emergency response drill for pressure vessel leakage accidents.
This drill adopted a method of first training, then drilling, then practical operation, and finally commenting. Through training, the steps and methods for handling pressure vessel leakage accidents were popularized, enhancing personnel's ability to self rescue and mutual rescue, enhancing employees' crisis awareness and prevention awareness of pressure vessel leakage accidents, and thereby enhancing their awareness of safety production.
The drill covers multiple stages such as incident occurrence, alarm response, emergency response, emergency response, emergency maintenance, medical rescue, on-site recovery, summary and evaluation, enabling employees to have a deep understanding of the best handling methods for such accidents in the most realistic emergency situations. Through post reflection and summary, leaving a deeper memory of such emergencies is of great significance for further improving the company's emergency response ability and safety management level.
Wang Kai, Deputy Director of Operations and Maintenance of the company, as well as relevant departments such as the Facilities Department and EHS Department of the client, visited the site to provide guidance and comments. They affirmed the rationality and operability of the emergency drill plan for pressure vessel leakage, pointed out the shortcomings of this drill activity, and also raised high expectations for the company's future safety production work.
3. Management team learning
To enhance the performance management ability and level of the company's management, optimize employee performance, promote employee development, and establish a positive work environment. On October 28, 2023, the company established a management training course for managers and performance assessors, to organize the learning, practice, and assessment of performance management related knowledge in stages. A total of 48 participants participated in the first training session.
This training mainly explained the concept, implementation conditions, and construction of performance culture of performance management. Through team discussions and co creation, managers gained a deeper understanding and mastery of the application of performance management and the organization of target work.
